Version 2026-10-23. These terms cover the free Tokino account at tokino.ai and the business measurement it includes.

The free account

The account is free. We ask for no card and charge nothing.
It gives you a sign-in to Tokino. Paid services, when we offer them, will come with their own terms.
One account per email address. Use an address you control.

In your account you can set up one business: its name, website, city, trade and the questions to track.
We then ask AI assistants those questions and record whether their answers name your business or cite its website.
Answers are samples taken through a provider's API. What people see in an assistant's own app can differ.
A scan can be unavailable, or sample no answers. We say so on your account page and claim no result from it.
Your first covered scan supplies a baseline report in your account, with its rate, run variability and sources.
A missing mention means absence in sampled answers, not a proven factual error. This baseline records no completed fixes or improvement.
The report shows the next scheduled scan while scans are enabled. When report email is enabled, we send one notification linking your account.
Measuring is not improving. We promise no ranking, recommendation or change in what assistants say.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Set up only a business you own or work for, with details that are true.
Do not create accounts automatically or in bulk, test our security without permission, or use Tokino against the law.

We may refuse, suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or harms Tokino or others.
We provide the free account as it is, without promises about availability or results.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using or being unable to use the free account.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting it removes it at once.
The Privacy notice at tokino.ai/privacy says what we keep and for how long.

When these terms change, we publish the new version here with its date before it applies.
